If your organization subscribes to IBISWorld and Procurement IQ, see the IBISWorld and ProcurementIQ subscribers section below.
Where do I log in to the IBISWorld platform?
Log in to the IBISWorld platform here: https://my.ibisworld.com/?acr.src=ProcurementIQ
Alternatively, visit the ProcurementIQ website and click Log in at the top of the page.
Can I log in to the IBISWorld platform with my ProcurementIQ credentials?
This depends on how you access ProcurementIQ. See the different scenarios below.
I have my own login credentials
If you have your own ProcurementIQ username and password, you can use them to log in to the IBISWorld platform. You may be prompted to reset your password.
I use shared login credentials
If you share a username and password with your colleagues, your Client Relationship Manager will have reached out to your account administrator to set each user up with their own login credentials.
I use Single-Sign On (SSO)
If your organization uses SSO to access ProcurementIQ, you can continue using this method to log in to the IBISWorld platform.
Most members who use SSO access the platform through a unique SSO link (e.g., https://fed.ibisworld.com/companyname). If you don’t have a link, your Client Relationship Manager can create one for you.
If you don’t yet have a unique SSO link, you can follow these steps to log in with SSO:
Go to the IBISWorld login page
Click the Log in with SSO button.
Enter your work email in the Work email field.
Click the Log in button.
I use IP auto login
Note: only applicable to universities and educational institutions.
If your organization uses IP auto login, your organization’s administrator will need to update their starting URL to: https://my.ibisworld.com?acr.src=ProcurementIQ
Your Client Relationship Manager will have coordinated with your organization’s administrator prior to launch to ensure continued access.
I have a saved link that automatically logs me in to my ProcurementIQ account
If you used an encrypted link to access the ProcurementIQ platform, the link will no longer work.
Your Client Relationship Manager has sent your account administrator a link that allows each user to set up a unique username and password. If you receive a link to create an account from your Client Relationship Manager, organization’s admin or through your company resources page, follow the instructions in IBISWorld’s How to Create an Account Help Center article.
Do we need to whitelist any email addresses to receive emails from IBISWorld?
Yes, you should whitelist the entire ibisworld.com domain (not just do-not-reply@ibisworld.com) to ensure delivery of emails.
Do we need to whitelist IBISWorld domains for URL access?
If your organization takes strong security measures and you expect whitelisting the new platform URL to be necessary, we recommend whitelisting the following URL: *.ibisworld.com
